One of the most famous Baler restaurants, Ram’s Tapsilog has been in the business of offering tapsilog 24/7 for years now. It basically is an institution in Baler’s Tapsi scene. Aside from offering a Pinoy comfort food any time of the day, the food is also super cheap! You’ll be able to get a rice meal for less than a hundred bucks!
Kusina Luntian is nothing like your usual restaurant -- it’s the epitome of rustic. The restaurant is housed in nipa huts with banana leaves for plates and no utensils. Yes, you use your God-given hands to eat. But, don’t get us wrong! The experience, plus the food is well worth it.

It serves scrumptious Filipino favorites plus exotic dishes like Fried Frogs and Calderetang Suso (snail). Growing and serving their own herbs, Thelma’s lives by the motto “I-request mo, I-luto ko!” (request any dish and we’ll cook it).
