Food to Try in Coron

1. Watermelon Sinigang - Sinigang is well-known for its sampalok and miso variants, but did you know that fruits are added to sinigang, as well? Case in point, there’s Watermelon Sinigang. The sweetness and freshness of the watermelon compliments the sourness of the tamarind.

Know Before You Go

Do your research - If the costs are too high, then you can opt to look for rooms that have fans that are comfortable. Or split costs with other travelers when joining a tour.
Leave nothing behind - Make sure that you always pick up after yourself and if possible, use reusable bottles or bags. Coron is beautiful, let’s keep it that way.
Take nothing but photos - Do not pick corals, shells, or fauna off of the beach or anywhere else. Respect the ecosystem.
