10 Male Travel Bloggers You Should Follow On Instagram

Traveling has become accessible to more and more people. This is why it’s no surprise that Instagram feeds are often awash with gorgeous vistas and stunning views. It’s enough to push someone to pack their bags and do some traveling on their own. If you still need convincing, here’s our list of 10 male travel bloggers you should follow on Instagram. If their gorgeous photos and thrilling travel adventures don’t get you going, probably nothing else will.

1.Javi Cang

This finance professional is also a mountaineer and “professional adventurer” whose Instagram feed is a sight to behold. You get views of Mayon and Annapurna I, a sky full of stars, and the clouds beneath the summit of Mount Fuji. The fact that he squeezes in these trips over weekends is something that also inspires others to do the same.

2.Jacob “Coby” Sarreal

If he looks familiar, it’s because he used to be one of the Promil Kids, featured for his saxophone skills. Aside from his musical skills, it appears he’s also developed a love for the outdoors. His Instagram feed chronicles his journey towards completing the 7 Summits, as well as his hikes up local peaks. There’s even one or two shots of him playing his saxophone!

3. James Betia

James bills himself as an adventurer, backpacker, runner and a newbie surfer. He’s been traveling the Philippines and Southeast Asia on a budget since 2003. It’s resulted in the Journeying James travel blog and the book “100 Days Journey,” as well as a pretty lively Instagram feed. Aside from snapshots of his life in Europe, there are also shots of beautiful sunsets, underwater scenes, and some surfing too!

5. Johan Aguilar

This former three-time UAAP swimming MVP has now transitioned to being a travel blogger and photographer. His Instagram feed entails stunning photos of Japan during winter, snaps of the Northern lights and picturesque views of local destinations such as Kalanggaman Island in Leyte.

6. Raniel Hernandez

Since he’s an Art Director at Air Asia, you expect nothing less than beautiful shots in Raniel’s Instagram feed. Not only do you get to see stunning shots of Iceland, South Korea, and Japan on his personal Instagram account, you can also check out his work and those of other creatives on the SinoPinas Instagram account. SinoPinas bills itself as a “community of Filipinos in quest of [sic] discovering the Philippines; its beauty, culture & people – one place at a time.”

7. Ian Dela Pena

Ian Dela Pena is a photographer by trade, so the images on his Instagram feed are always top notch. His saffron-tinged photos of his Cambodia trip are spectacular, and his hiking photos all have a dreamy, ethereal quality. He also has even more photos on his blog, brownmantrips, if you’re curious about his travel blogging.

8. Thomas Caja

Thomas Caja’s Instagram feed is easy on the eyes, to say the least. It’s full of bright beach photos that will have you itching to catch some sun even if it’s the rainy season. He also runs the travel blog Escape Journal with girlfriend Kimi Juan, and together this couple will inspire you — and maybe even your significant other — to include travel as part of your #CoupleGoals.

9. Angel Juarez

His Instagram handle is thelakwatsero, and you definitely want to go and travel to the places he’s been because his photos make them look irresistible. Even such popular destinations like Baguio look enticing on his feed, and his pictures of Japan are postcard-perfect.

10. Vins Carlos

Vins Carlos is half of the team that make up The Poor Traveler, but the photos on his Instagram feed are anything but poor. His series on flowers in Japan is beautiful, and his photos of Italy’s tourist destinations will have you lining up to apply for your Schengen Visa.
