From Cebu City Central, go to SM City Cebu and go to the SM MyBUS station. This regularly connects the Mactan Cebu International Airport and the mall. There is a regular schedule from 6 AM to 9 PM. Barring any delays, airlines allow boarding 15 minutes before the actual flight time. They will usually announce any delays or gate changes in advance.
