11 Tagaytay Hotels With Stunning Views For Couples

There are many reasons to go to Tagaytay, but its spectacular view has got to be one of the biggest reasons to visit. Pick the right spot and you can get a breathtaking view of Taal Volcano and the lake that surrounds it. Here are 10 Tagaytay hotels with stunning views that couples should visit:

1. The Lake Hotel Tagaytay

This 4-star hotel has 60 fully-furnished rooms, ranging from a standard room to a two-bedroom suite. There’s also a bevy of recreational facilities for guests. There’s a fitness center, a game room, KTV lounges, and even a kids’ play area for guests to enjoy.

Why here? The Lake Hotel Tagaytay is right on the slopes overlooking Taal Lake, so you’re going to have a great view. Even better, you can get this view while lounging in the waters of their infinity pool.

Rates. Room rates start at P4060, but if you book a minimum of three nights, you get a 50% discount. That means you can book a room for as low as P2900.

2. The Windy Ridge Tagaytay

Another hotel to consider is the 3-star The Windy Ridge Tagaytay. It’s near the Sky Ranch and is less than 10-minutes away from the Tagaytay Picnic Grove. Accommodations range from Ambassador Suites to standard rooms, and there’s a pool and free parking as well.

Why here? The Windy Ridge Tagaytay is right along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway, so getting to it won’t be so difficult. You can get a great view of the Taal Lake from where the hotel is perched. It’s even better when you head to their balcony and look at the expanse below you.

Rates. Room rates start at P3000, but if you’re a Traveloka member or book on the Traveloka App, you get a 10% discount.  That means you can get a room for a rate of P2700.

3. Days Hotel Tagaytay

This hotel is part of the Days Inn of America brand, which bills itself as the “world’s largest and fastest growing chain”. It’s also nearby popular Tagaytay attractions like the Sky Ranch and Picnic Grove, so there are other things you can do other than admire the view.

Why here? Getting a 3-star Days Hotel Tagaytay room with a view is a good choice. This is because these rooms have a spacious balcony from which you can enjoy the scenery. If you don’t mind the cold, you can also see the Taal Lake while enjoying a dip in the hotel’s pool.

Rates. Rates at the Days Hotel Tagaytay start at P5525.

4. Mountain Breeze Hostel

Are you headed to Tagaytay purely for the view and not for fancy accommodations? Or are you working on a tight budget? If you answered yes to either one, the Mountain Breeze Hostel is the choice for you.

Why here? The Mountain Breeze Hostel’s location right on the slope overlooking the Taal Lake is perfect if you’re looking for a view. The hostel also has a nice, homey feel to it, so you feel like you’re enjoying the view from the comfort of your own home.

Rates. The Mountain Breeze Hostel charges P450 per bed. However, you get a 5% discount if you’re a Traveloka member or if you book on the Traveloka App. That means you can get a bed for as cheap as P427.50

5. The Theodore Hotel

This 3-star boutique hotel along the Tagaytay-Nasugbu Highway is as much a visual treat as the view you get. Rooms like The Geometric Room, The Whimsical Garden, and The Theodore all boast beautiful interiors.

Why here? While you can see Taal Lake from your room, it’s best to head to The Theodore Hotel’s garden to really take it all in. The garden itself is beautifully landscaped, and you can sit down in the garden’s gazebo and enjoy the view.

Why here? It’s expected that you get great views from your bedroom and the balconies attached to it, but 8 Suites takes it a step further. Rooms facing Taal Lake also have bathrooms that have large windows facing the lake, so you can enjoy the view even while you’re luxuriating in the bathtub.

10. The Concierge at Wind Residences

The 15-hectare property is made up of 10 towers, swimming pools, a badminton court, a tennis court, and a basketball court. It’s also an hour away from Manila, so you don’t have to go too far to enjoy the Tagaytay view.

11. The Windy Ridge Inn

If you’re looking for accommodations at a slightly lower price point, check out The Windy Ridge Inn. It’s no-frills lodging that’s perfect if you’re just making a quick stop at Tagaytay.
